Their website states that you are buying a TRIAL product and paying shipping only. I bought the wrinkle reducer and the wrinkle cream. Nowhere on there does it say if you don't return the product in 14 days that you pay full price. I have a $89.95 and $99.95 charge on my bank account. I called the number shown on my bank account. I was told that those were full size products and since I didn't return them, I was charged the full price and was on a monthly subscription. I did not sign up for that. There is no place to sign up for that. When you go to read the terms and conditions it just shows you more product.

I told her to cancel that subscription and refund my money. She wouldn't refund the money, but offered me a reduced price on my monthly subscription. I told her several times that the I saw no difference with the product and I used it 2x a day after washing my face. I told her I never subscribed and I don't intend to ever use the product again.

She says they sent me an email stating the terms. I have no emails from them.
