They advertise this product gets rid of wrinkles in 5 minutes in their video. They advertise a trial for shipping only of 4.95. What they do not advertise is that signs the person up for a new tube every month for 99.95 which they charge to the credit card each month which was given for the shipping charges. The charge stars 15 days after the free sample unless the sample is returned and cancelled. I was told this by Mike when I called to cancel. If this information was on the screen it was in tiny print or not seen until scrolling to the bottom of the page. I did not see any of this information when I ordered the sample. I discovered this when my credit card bill came and the 99.95 change along with the 3.95 and 1.00 charge. The 4.95 shipping was not disclosed as 3.95 for shipping and 1.00 for a subscription. I called the company on 4/9/2017 and after much demand on my part they cancelled the subscription. I had already cancelled my credit card and had the charge of 99.95 reserved. I think this company engages in deceptive business practices.

Ad on FB was for free sample of wrinkle reducer endorsed by Shark Tank. When ordering it asked if I wanted another cream and I did nothing as there was no way to say no. It showed up on my online receipt. One charge 3.95, one for 4.95. I looked at my credit card online statement and the company was listed as Gigicreams for one charge and Sparkserum for the second plus a charge of $1, not Beauty Wrinkle Reducer. The tiny samples came and the cream was pink, not white as in the video and it did NOT work! When I got my paper bill there were charges a month later for 99.95 and 89.95 under names of gigicream and sparkserum. My credit card co. said I had signed a subscription according to the info they had. They got sparkserum on a conference call. The man said that I agreed to full purchase price which was in notifications. He wouldn't take the product back since it had been opened. He did say he will credit a bit less than half of my money and canceled my subscription. I went to the site and there's no way to read the notifications he said I agreed to. It says the site may have moved. I canceled my credit card.

Free Trial for 4.95. 14 days late billed 99.95. Can not get a hold of to cancel subscription
