Hi-- we purchased a new Ninja kitchen system from this website, used a credit card to pay, received a confirmation email (that we later noticed did not have any links back to the website). I kept checking the status of the purchase over the last week, and nothing was happening, it just said that the order was being processed. I went to the contact page, and realized that it had an address (Stockton, California), but no phone number, or means of contact. Yesterday, I went to check the status again, and the website no longer exists. I googled both the website and the name of the company, and there is no information available on either. The website is www.beautyxzone.com (and that's what it says in the email we received a week ago), but the company is called Beauty Zone. Today, it's the same thing-- no such website. :( We'll start trying to get a refund from our credit card company today, thank goodness we used a credit card!! The website looked professional, but in retrospect, the Ninja was too good a price. ($80 when it costs $130, at least, everywhere else.)
