I placed an order for $25 on Wednesday, January 4th 2023. It was for Matrix Biolage Freeze Fix Hair Spray 10 oz; $16.99 plus $7.73 Shipping and Tax total = $24.72

The only way to communicate with this company is by email. I have emailed the company a total of 5 times; 1/25/2023; 2/2/2023; 2/9/2023, 2/13/2023 and 3/14/2023. Each time saying the email was routed to Owner and I would hear back and never did at all. I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. The emails I have say it was paid and never shipped.
