The website said free trial and they charge you $3.95 for shipping the cream and $1.00 for shipping the serum. The next thing I know I'm getting billed $99.95 for each product. I called the company and they said their website said nonrefundable, yet I can't find anything on the website that said that. When I called the company and said it was a free trial they said no it wasn't. Is there anything you can do?
