I initially clicked on an advertising link through FaceBook to this "retailer's website." They sold baby products. After purchasing and receiving a baby product via PayPal in the amount of $33.95, I emailed the company regarding returning the product (because I didn't think it would fit properly). I used the company provided email. No phone number seemed available.

The customer service representative told me that I would need to pay for *international* shipping in the amount of $20, and so in the alternative, they offered me a 20% refund (totaling $6.79, which is 20% of $33.95). I replied to the company and mailed the package back to the sender's address via USPS (costing me $5.95): "Jane Chen, 3 Lincoln Dr., Fairfield, NJ 07004." Thereafter, I filed a complaint with PayPal regarding the refund.

The customer service representative then emailed me giving me the international address (which had not been provided before), and this was it: Cainiao Post Station, Fuli International Financial Center,

Guicheng Street,

Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, 528253, CHINA

The company then, the next day, issued a refund in the amount of $33.95 on PayPal (probably not wanting PayPal to get involved). I thought to let people know about this scam in the return process.

Moreover, the company's website says that "Bebe Amour Co. ... is a nonprofit organization," but it does not appear on the IRS' search for tax-exempt entities. https://bebeamourco.com/pages/about-us https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/

Hope the government will investigate this and that others won't be involved with this company.

I bought a carrier exactly like the other report said. Got it and it was way too small, couldn't get it over my shoulders even though I ordered the 150-300lb size. Instantly reached out to customer service who said they were unable to process returns or refunds at this time. I sent them screen shots of their policy from their website stating the opposite. Then they said I could keep the "wrap" and I could get 50% back and I said I didn't need a useless tube of fabric and wanted the full refund as stated in their website. They "escalated" and when I asked for an update 4 days later, they offered me the same thing and I aid I was reporting them for the scam they are.

I ordered a baby carrier from the site. The item shipped and I received it but it was way too small. I contacted customer support to initiate a return. The website clearly states they accept returns for refund within a 90 day time frame if the item is unused. I received an email back stating that they don’t accept returns and would give me 20% of my money back. I replied confronting them about false advertising with a screen shot of the website’s stated return policy and telling them I expect my full refund. They again responded stating they recently changed their return policy and don’t accept returns and again told me they will give me 20% refund.
