I found a "breeder" in South Carolina that breaded Goldendoodles. I inquired about one specific one that was on his website. I ended up purchasing the dog and he set up everything to have the dog shipped to me in California. I recieved an email from the "shipping" company that he uses with all the tracking information for me to track the puppy and what time to be at the airport to pick it up. In that email it also said that I needed to get a money gram for $985.00 that would be 95% refundable upon pick up for a temperature controlled crate for the dog to be shipped in. I got the money gram and sent the money. The breeder sent me the flight information and everything. The dog was being shipped from SC to Dallas, then from Dallas to Lax and Lax to Oakland Ca. I tracked the dog from SC to Dallas. Once the dog was in Dallas I got another email from the "shipping" company saying they needed another money gram for $1750.00 for pet insurance in order for the puppy to leave Dallas. I also received a phone call from the "shipping" company telling me I needed to go get the 2nd money gram ASAP. So because I didn't send the money the dog was sent back to SC and he was waiting until the morning when I would send the 2nd money gram. He told me that the dog was in "the right" hands when I asked where the dog was being held over night. When I told him I'm not sending the money he said I would be charged by "custom" authorities. When researching more he is a fraud and so his his shipping company. His website is www.beckgoldendoodle.com and the shipping company's website is www.coscocargoexpress.com. This is a huge violation of me and my family and its also very embarrassing because I was so sure I researched it all. Hopefully this can help others.
