Yesterday on 1/26 he had left me a vm saying if I didn’t contact him by 12 noon that he would have no choice but to file the civil lawsuit with the El Paso County courts. I couldn’t as I didn’t take my lunch break until 1230 and I informed him of this via a vm back. I asked him if this was legit because as far as I knew I didn’t owe anyone money. He called me back today 1/27 and told me it was too late but he still wanted me to call him back to go over the details. This is the vm he left me;

Yes, miss Kissam this is John Schneider with the law office of Becker Levin and associates a contact me back I gun him so we've been playing phone tag past couple days here unfortunately the case was filed as of yesterday. if you can give me a call back so I can at least still go over the briefing with you regarding the details and the criteria that this is concerning as I previously stated it is a civil case this is specifically a joint suit filing and it is a civil judgment that is to be filed as being filed under the jurisdiction of El Paso county court. I'll be in my office and available for the next hour or two, my direct line 844-241-8431 thank you…”

I looked yesterday and today in our El Paso County court docket it it never pulls up my name so I am pretty sure this is a scam.
