I received a voicemail from him stating his name to be NAME from Becker, Levin & Associates. He said that I have a pending case where I have been named the Defendant. There was no other forms of contact and he never stated who it was that made this case against me. He left me two voicemails as I don’t answer calls from unknown number unless I’m expecting it. It also didn’t seem legit to only give someone 24 hours to respond to a case against them. He called on Tuesday then called again on Wednesday and said I had until 3pm to call back or I lose my Pre-Legal rights. Not sure what pre-legal rights are but none of it made any logical sense to me. I never called back as I believed it was scam and didn’t want them to think they can continue to contact me
