I was contacted on my cell phone then my work phone from an older man by the name of Ron Hartley. He had last 4 of ssn and knew some of my credit history. When I asked for something in writing he told me to contact the original creditor but was going to have to send this to my local county for civil action. I don't think this is legit but not 100% sure, He has some correct information but not enough and I see others posting about this law firm and phone number. He also called my work number from 215-XXX-XXXX.
