https://www.russaey.shop/ was having a sale on Bed Bath and Beyond products since they were going out of business. My mother ordered 53 USD worth of products from the website that my browser SAID was secure. So she got the sale, and put in the order on August 14th 2023. What was weird was the email she got with the order confirmation just brought her back to the website. No contact us, no order number no tracking number in the email. It was all on the website. Apparently her package was being delivered from China and according to the info on the website it reached NY on August 19th 2023. It has supposedly been in NY distribution center since then and hasn't been delivered to our house. The tracking number we were given we put in USPS, UPS, and Fedex and it says it is not a legitimate tracking number. We would not have bothered with this website if our browsers didn't say the website was secure...but it did! Now the website is GONE, its been shut down. So we cannot even check on the order anymore or access anything my mom did there or contact anyone. I don't know what to do! Please help!
