i had to close my cashapp card and stop all payments and get a new card. they have told me that they were resending me out my orders but i never have received a thing. they offered to give me 10%of my money back and i still haven't received anything yet. and now the website is closed down i cant get a phone number or address from whoever is emailing me back

An ad for Bed Bath & Beyond on Facebook Marketplace showed up to 90% off of outdoor furniture. It was an https url & “Trusted Store” “Secure Checkout.” Same BB&B logo, multiple photos of furniture, cart, checkout process. Even had a customer service email address in Contact Us. I added products to my cart and checked out. No confirmation email.

Upon returning to the website suspecting fraud, I discovered a b missing in the background description of the company.
