I purchased an item online. They still haven't sent my item. They have been lying about it being delivered by a carrier and needing my signature. First off, I have the ring camera and no one has co.e to my door or put it in my mailbox. Second, why would I need to sign for bird seed. Then they said it wasn't delivered and they were checking with carrier, and they refuse so replace what they never sent or to refund my money. They can't send a refund because it perishable. They they said if they do sent a replacement I have to pay for additional shipping because it was returned to sender. The nerve, you think I will pay for additional shipping

for something you never shipped so I can lose out on more money and listen to more lies. None of this makes any sense. I have asked for a supervisor which they refused. It"s been 2 months now. Horrible customer service and now I just lost money. I am convinced this is a scam and they must delete bad reviews or pay for reviews cause this is crazy and I have emails to provie it.
