Type of a scam Online Purchase
On April 19th, I received a notification from USPS stating that my purchase had been delivered, but when I went outside to look, my box wasn't there. Instead, a small package that had USPS tracking numbers that matched my organizer was sitting with several other small packages from Amazon. I opened it to see what was inside and discovered that it was a supposed 'mystery box' and my 'purchase' was this plastic thing.
I contacted the business to inquire about my order, I was told that they were sorry I did not get my order, but that they randomly send out 'mystery boxes' which, in their words, 'is full of surprise and excitement'. I was then told I am supposed to be the most lucky guy next time, to 'always be passionate and optimistic', then was told that if I do not like it, that I had to send it back to them, at my expense, for a full refund once they receive the item.
