I purchased two pair of what was supposed to be cashmere lined leggings for my wife at a size medium. Purchased cost of $56.63, but went through a paypal site and actually did two charges. First a $0.65 charge then a $65.12 charge. So, right off the bat I should have known something was up. Received the leggings 3 weeks after purchase and immediately knew that the product was a farce. Interior lining is not cashmere but instead just cheap meshing. The sizing was also about 2 sizes small and my wife couldn't even get her legs in them. Contacted the company as it says on the web regarding returns: "We truly believe we carry some of the most innovative products in the world, and we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free ironclad 90-day guarantee. If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there are absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right. We have 24/7/365 Ticket and Email Support. Please contact us if you need assistance." I did receive an email back relatively quickly, but it said "We are so sorry for this case. But according to our return policy,if there is no quality problems with the products,it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.Please note it. Thanks for your understanding." After some back and forth about the product NOT what was advertised and being extremely too small, they continue to tell me that they will not exchange or allow a return. They also have not addressed the over charge as well. This web site was linked through Facebook advertising, so be aware that there may be more pages like this out there.

I bought 3 pair of leggings online (from a facebook ad). The 3 pair came to $89.97. I gave my card information and waited 2 months for the product to come. When it arrived it wasn't even close to what they represented. I ordered leggings with a cashmere, fur lining. When they came, they were barely even lined with a strange brushed fuzz. Not thick fur as shown. Also, not any form of cashmere. Also, the sewing was VERY poor quality and the material wouldn't even stretch over my tiny size 0 daughters hips. Now there is no way to get ahold of them and they remove negative comments from their facebook ads. I feel MAJORLY ripped off.

I wanted to order something nice for my friend who works outside. Lets start with the fact that I made the order November 2, 2020 and it didn't arrive until December 7, 2020.

The first part: of the scam is the postage service fee they are charging which gives you the impression that you will receive your package somewhat on time however, I didn't yet I paid for postage on something that took a month to arrive.

The second part: Since it is so cold, I thought a great gift would be the heated vest so I ordered one from this company. Well per their advertisement they don't mention that the item comes smaller than suggested so you really need to order 2 sizes up and then they failed to mentioned that they don't provide the battery which is how the vest heats up, the battery is sold separately. So once you get the vest and realized you have to purchase something additional, they make it hard for you to return the items.

I've sent numerous emails to no avail. So anyone even thinking about ordering from this company, think twice and then three times before making a purchase.
