Do not order Carlos Santana shoes -- or anything else -- from this website. Santana says they are not an authorized Carlos Santana dealer. I ordered a pair of Santana shoes from them, waited for a shipping notification which never came, emailed the customer service address to inquire about the order and was told the order would ship within the next day or two. After waiting for two days and receiving no shipping notification (or the shoes), I called their customer service number and the call went straight to voicemail. Every call I have placed to the number goes straight to voicemail. Every email communication I have received from this company (only two) about my order has been initiated by me, not them and the response has been terse and patronizing, an obvious attempt to appease me. After waiting for twelve days after placing my order, I emailed to ask for a refund. I immediately received a response saying the refund would be handled "today." You can guess what comes next: no refund, no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal (the seller has not ever bothered to respond to the dispute) and have notified Carlos Santana that this company is using their products to scam people out of their money. I guess I just made a $150 donation to the Get-Rich-Quick Scheme that is Bel Um Menswear.
