We ordered an E bike the end of October. It was canceled within the hour and we were still charged $99.99. I have emailed them numerous times requesting a refund with no response.$99 is a lot of money for us to just throw away. Attached is the payment.

I thought I was buying two chairs but it looks like I was signed up for a subscription via PayPal.

The contact email listed in the receipt was inconsistent and the receipt itself was suspicious/not aligned to the website.
