It originally said 4-6 weeks, so I thought: "ok, maybe because it is a hand painted item plus it is in another Country, ok, that can be plausible".
After May 6th I started emailing the address shown on the "confirmation email" requesting information about my product, they would only replied that they were working on my order. I had been tracking my product via the link-source they provided and it never changed status from "order received'.... and that was when I realized the product was actually coming from China.
I emailed them telling them I wanted my order cancelled and they responded saying my order was on its way, yet the tracking website kept showing still on "order received".
As of today 6/5/2023 the tracking continues on the same stage and they respond that my order is on its way.
When we click on the original website it doesn't exist anymore, and it takes you to a link of a page "under construction". My report is for others to be aware of this "company" which takes little bits of money from thousands of people (most likely) and who because it's a small amount do not bother filing a claim, but when you add $13 here and $13 there times thousands it makes for a lot of money lost on the e-commerce by a fraudster company.
