Scammer posts advertisement for low price clothing on Facebook along with a link to their online store. You select your items pay with credit card and get confirmation on site of order and message that you will receive a confirmation email sent to your email I never received an email so I emailed the customer service and they advised the order was being processed and on the way. After 30 days I received a very cheap ring that was suppose to be my order? I emailed them and advised I did not order a cheap 10 cent ring and would like the clothes I ordered or a refund. They responded that the ring was a gift and was sent to verify my shipping address was correct and that they will now send my real order. They also provided a tracking number from track 64 which never gives any location information and after 28 days shows delivered but was never delivered for real. Now the website is unreachable see doc below

Clothing and accessories

I ordered January 4 and was told the items were delivered but never received they said they remailed the order never received. Tried to offer me 15 percent of my money back will not refund my money. Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085798424335

I ordered in January 2023. I was in constant contact with this company, as I had to keep asking for updated tracking information. The last information I received from them stated that my order had been delivered to me, which it had NOT. I told them I wanted a refund and they stated that they could only refund 50%. They are attempting to keep half my order amount for an order that I do not believe was even shipped. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Belkyonline advertised on Facebook with ridiculously low prices on women’s clothing. I ordered several dresses, a blouse and a pair of shoes. Tracking number was provided and shipment began in China then on to Las Angeles then to Orem, Utah 30 days total. This is what I received. Low price of $49.00.
