Purchaced a product on March 28. Product was never shipped (or recieved by USPS). The fake tracking number was created in a different location than the city and state that is stated on website. The fake company does not have a phone number to contact, nor do they have an address. The one contact that they do use is though email, but they only reply once every week with some deflection or excuse. They refuse to give a refund. Their product does not have a brand label on it. There are several other fake companies that advertise the same EXACT, TO DETAIL, un-branded product. When you comment on their advertisements, they delete your comments and then block you from being able to comment. They block your reviews. They pay individuals to make amazing video reviews for them as well as written reviews.
