I was shocked to receive a letter of DAR Waterfront & Associates telling me that I owed Bella Essence Eye Cream and the balance due is $ 197.72. Where's that comes from???
This a fraud, that company makes false advertise a product as a free sample, you just have to pay the shipping and without nowhere, they report you to a collection agency call DAR water front in association with Moniker Online Services LLC whom will contact you for a past due bill. I have never received anything but sample eye cream product! I never received a billing statement!
For me, it's really a fraud.
