I purchased an NFL team blanket as a Christmas gift on November 16, 2018 for $59.90. I received an order number at time of purchase through PayPal and have not heard or received anything since. After multiple attempts to contact the company to check my order status, either the email was undeliverable or an automatic reply says they’ll get back to me in 24 hours with still no contact. Now the website has changed its name from Bella Quilt to Amelia Quilt. I am disputing the charge with PayPal and requesting a chargeback.
