Purchased my wedding dress from this shop and paid $2300. My dress did not arrive until 25 days before my wedding. I was told my dress would be available to pick up in August when I purchased my dress in february. Owner was ignoring my phone calls and emails for months. I got her attention via social media, and asked the owner for a proof of purchase. the owners response was “you got your dress”. the owner also said she would not reimburse me for the inconvenience and threatened me to take down my reviews. i have been in contact with other brides who are in the same situation as me, or brides who never got their wedding dress on time from this store and had to purchase elsewhere. i paid upfront $2300, and the owner is refusing to send me a proof of purchase when she placed the order for my wedding dress. i have asked her many times and she refuses to show me. i believe she took my $2300 and used it for something else and that is why my dress showed up so late. i believe the owner is using our deposits to pay for other expenses rather than getting our wedding dresses. this is fraudulent activity, i do not understand why my dress came in so late if it was ordered on a set date. the store told me i was purchasing at a perfect time, so the only reasoning why my dress came late is due to a lack of payment from the bridal shop to the manufacturer. please look into the newest reviews on yelp and google. there are so many brides who have experienced the same thing. the owner shows no remorse and has no intention of doing better. past reviews also show that this a pattern from this store. lack of communication, ignoring brides for months and not providing our dresses less than a month prior to our weddings. i was told by this bridal shop i needed 2 months for alterations. they showed no urgency to get me my wedding dress. this store is committing fraud and the owner is refusing to send me a proof of purchase from her end. i want to know what she did with my money and why she purposely took 2 months to get back to me after i was calling the bridal shop weekly. i respectfully ask that this store be investigated and that the owner is required to provide all brides proof of purchase and to give an honest and ethical apology/response.
