Dear Better Business Bureau,

I am pretty sure the following is a fraudulent website. They automatically charged me double the amount I agreed to, then in fine print, said they would continue to bill me each month, and planned to sell all my contact information. When I called the phone number, just music played. Later, someone answered and then when I asked to be taken out of the program, they said I was not in anything and I could not get a refund for anything. When I said I would dispute the charges, they hung up on me.

Ordered the free trail for4.95 shipping cost. The tried to take 190.00 saying I subscribed which was a lie..I told them I didn't but if they said I did to cancel my subscription. They told me I would have to pay $18 to cancel..I told them NO WAY! They then threatened to send it to collection & mess up my credit! I told them thanks for the threat because the call was being recorded! Thank God I used a prepaid card!! (Didn't have enough money on it for them to take!)

Malware was installed on my computer, and when a pop-up survey came up on a site I visit requently, I did the survey only and was "given" a small gift of my choosing - one of which was a trial sample of face cream. I ordered (paying 4.95$ S&H) only to realize later that malware was installed on my computer and these surveys started popping up everywhere. When I received the sample (cheap, generic stuff) I pulled up the order website to find that I signed up for a continuing subscription service to be charged nearly 90$ a month for this junk. I called the customer service # to cancel, got the run-around (they said they could not find my account, and asked for my crdit card #) and when I said if they don't hand me over to a manager to fix this we have a problem, they hung up on me.
