My daughter ordered a sweatshirt from this company that was junk when received. She wanted to return it and when we looked at their return policy it said you have to send an email to [email protected] and then they will initiate a return. It states that if you send something back without them giving you instructions first they will not refund anything. I sent four emails asking to initiate a return and they were all ignored. Now we are past their return window so they wouldn't refund it anyway even if they did finally respond.
