Offer was for free trial sample and just pay shipping of $9.99. Two weeks later, they have charged my account $179.00. Have received no notification of this and did not see this in the original offer. Try to contact them by customer service # listed on original email saying free sample is shipping, and even though I am calling during what they say there business hours are, it always says you are calling outside of normal business hours. I am unable to contact them to cancel.
