I paid an extra $25.00 to expedite my package and did not receive these two dresses over 3 weeks later.
As I kept emailing the company requesting information on my package and they were very responsive. I received multiple email responses from different individuals displaying only their first names.
Transaction from my Bank showed that I purchased these dresses from “Hong Kong” while fed ex tracking information showed “Middle East.”
Dresses were thin and poor quality. I tried them on and they were definitely NOT maternity fit. I requested for a return and they were very hesitant offering me coupons to order more dresses, or to give my dresses as gifts and they would give me $20 in return. After two days later they finally provided me instructions on how to send back the dresses. Return address was to a guy named “Jimmy” with no last name and address was in Los Angeles.
Tracking information showed that package was received. I’ve emailed the company multiple times about my refund and they have stopped responding.
