I went on line to find out that there are hundreds of people in this same situation. These people who have been scamed, they all share on the reviews how the company never mailed the product, they were over charged, they put people on a monthly charge without people knowing.
Every thing is fake and they are over seas, but they say to have some offices in NY and San Francisco. But I am pretty sure the addresses in the USA are fake as well. The have several sites with diferent products that all lead to the same company and have the same misleading adds. They do not provide a total when you pay, they just send a bill with out the person knowing how much was the charge.
The mislead the add, charging 4 times the price od 1 ittem, also, the website sais USA dollars, but the charge in euros the equivalent in dollar, so they over charge.
I have many screen shots I took to show all the evidence and would like to provide them to you, my email address is *** my phone number is area code ***, I am in ***, But I am an american citizen and I am asking for your help and there are hundreds of victims being ripped off by this company online every day.
Some of the review's state the lotions are even fake, many never got them, they were just charged.
My card was stolen, I got a bill to my phone, I sent a request to the company to cancel the charge, I sent them 20 emails, and in all they said, SORRY THE ORDER WAS PLACED WE CAN NOT REMOVE THE CHARGE.
They would not listen to me.
So I went to research online amd found hundresd of people in my similar situation. The company charges, never sends the product, they never say the total, the product is fake as well as all their numbers and addresses etc.
There are serious Criminals who have several wesitea set up in the same way, who all lead to one cuatomer service email.
How strange 3 websites with different names that all lead to only one email address.
I have evidence and can provide it all. This is a serious SCAM and I am asking for your help, support and to stop this website stealing money from PEOPLE.
This site is all over the world and no one has put a stop to them yet.
Bella Vei, Auvela and a third company, they are all set up in the same maner, does not give you a total, they just send a charge to the credit card company with out people knowing how much was the charge.
