I was an affiliate (consultant) with Belle and Bling I made a wholesale order of $285 which is about $600 in retail in January and here we are March 22nd and still no product. They ended up refunding me. This is not how business is run. I deal with 7 wholesale companies and each one ships within 48 hours of payment, not Belle and Bling they take your payment and you don't see your product. They always have an excuse as to why they are hundreds of orders behind. It's always something personal. I don't think this company is run out of an actual company I think it's run out of this woman's kitchen. Not saying there's anything wrong with that but she obviously doesn't have the employees she properly needs to run her business. She's always claiming on the Facebook affilites group page that she needs personal time with her family too so orders get behind. Very unprofessional. I don't recommend them. You can get the same jewelry for less from other wholesalers without the wait.

I made two purchases from this company back in December and didn't receive them. I attempted to reach out to the email I had for them and it says it's not active. There is no contact method on their website. I reached out to my consultant and she said that she hasn't heard anything out of the proprietor in regards to her complaints either. Yesterday, I received an email from the address that says it doesn't work and am apparently receiving refunds for both my orders. What the hell Belle and Bling? I thought you were going to be better than paparazzi? I one hundred percent do not recommend shopping with this retailer. You're better off skipping it.

Do Not join this company ! I waited 3 1/2 months for my kit for it to Not arrive and 2 months for my preorder for it to Not arrive. Only to find out that both my orders were refunded then the Owner BLOCKS ME from the group page . She is extremely unprofessional and definitely doesn’t know how to run a business at all

I have been patiently waiting since Nov for hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry for my customers that they preordered- i have sent countless messages and never get an answer to anything. I asked again today and was told “bye” and blocked. What?

Terrible ownership communication! Still waiting on customers orders 3 months later! Im out over 100 dollars! No answers either! Owner should be ashamed of how she runs thus business!

Have 4 orders over 500.00 from Jan and Feb 2022 and still have not received them. Orders show pending. No website to even contact them. If any one knows how to contact them please let me know.. I will never order again!

I made an order month later nothing. Go to email them with email from the recept and there's a message that sends back that it's not legit email. Go to company website there's no way to contact. Granted it's 30 plus doller order but it don't matter it's my money and I'm at a loss

I was with belle and bling back in December of 2021 . and I had ordered my kit and some on hand inventory that I never got and they never paid me out my commissions that I had with them and it’s still sitting in the back office and I asked for refund and then they end up blocking my account for no reason just because I asked for refund. On my orders that I didn’t get . They are taken affiliates money and not giving them what they ordered. So do not join this company. They will make you wait months for your order and will not ship it . They have to many shipping issues.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company! I ordered over $30 worth of jewelry in November 2021. Never received the merchandise. Contacted the individual who was selling this jewelry for Belle and Bling, who has sent numerous attempts in contacting the owner of this company, Jennifer Muehl, requesting a refund. There has been no response from this owner in regard to obtaining the jewelry or refund. Jennifer is completely ignoring all requests. A fraud report has been filed with my bank, and will also file complaint with the BBB

She a bad business owner to. She had my commissions on hold for 3 months. That was not paid to me back in December. And I sent her a message today telling her to pay me my commissions or I would be sueing her . And she going pay my commissions. Then she was like she was going delete my account for good. Her company need to be shut down for good . Or she needs to sell it to a owner that can run it better .

I joined Belle&bling Dec 26,2021 was so excited to get my business started . Well here it is 2 months later for my kit and still has Not arrived at all . I placed a second order in January that was suppose to be Ready to ship as they claim Nope it’s not ready to ship it’s been 1 month and i haven’t received that order either. Admins keep saying just be patient jennifer and her team was out with covid last year i understand that but we are now in 2022 and i don’t know where my orders are at, haven’t been told anything with an update for my orders , jennifer won’t respond at all. I want my orders that i ordered period ! So where are my orders at ? Who’s knows bc No body is communicating with us

Hello! So I've been an affiliate for months with a company called Belle and bling. I brought in tons of numbers and my team As well! We all have put in orders and most haven't even received...I received an order from Jan but still waiting on ones from November and earlier? I was patient for months! Owner got sick I understand...owner got behind on shipping due to that...I understand! But then all a sudden it was more excuses but nothing to shoe they were being honest. I asked for a refund and no response. Asked again...no response. Again I'm told wait till Saturday and then we will see about a refund. The owner herself never responded to any of us until we said we will be reporting her. Sad thing is my downline who also brought in large numbers was blocked after asking for a refund. She finally made a review as well. When we confronted the owner saying we will report her we only got a who will be reporting...why? So you can block all of our accounts too? When I asked in our leadership chat about what's going on all a sudden we get told this chat is being deleted and I was removed. This has gotten out of hand. Here's some screenshots.

I've had nothing but issues with all of them. They don't respond to messages in a timely manner or they put it off on another person to answer.

The shipping always been behind with belle and bling .

Joined back in October — everything was great that was until people starting waiting 4-5 MONTHS for their orders and they still haven’t shipped.. the woman that “runs” the company is quick to pass the torch off to anyone else that she can throw under the bus.. 100% would advise stay as far away as possible.. nothing but headaches, excuses and bs… I mean if you want to learn every excuse in the book or how to royally piss people off then by all means .. it’s free to join

Yep, I joined before they launched and their shipping has been non existent almost.
They say 3 to 4 weeks, but my first order 2nd half just got sent our and its March 1. That's 6 months it took. Never got my money back I am no longer a rep...worst company I also heard owner had a business prior and also failed.

She had blocked me when I had asked for refund when I was with the company. But does anyone know where she lives so she can be turned in to the bbb

I joined under my daughter. I recruited women and never saw referral pay. Asking questions about shipping gets you deleted from your account. I am a woman of my word and sadly, this company has a few people not happy with me now.

DO NOT SIGN UP OR PURCHASE BECAUSE EITHER IT IS A SCAM OR 1 PERSON OPERATION AND THEY DON'T MAIL YOUR ORDERS.

I Joined Belle And Bling in Jan 2022 placed 3 orders with them Jan 7th #3477, Jan 22nd #3650 & Jan 28th #3672. I have not received my order from Jan 7th however I did receive my order #3672 today Feb 14th and I received 2 Items of Order #3650.

Communication is HORRIBLE. DO NOT JOIN. When you post a question about your order on the Affiliate page it will be denied and they have also removed me from the main Affiliate page on Facebook for being concerned about where the product was because I kept posting on other people's post since I couldn't get through to anyone VIA chat or the "customer service" chat. I say if you have ordered and didn't receive your items or a refund reach out the the better business bureau and also your bank for fraud.

Yes she is unprofessional. She need to have her company shut down or need to sell it to different owner that can run it better .

LONG READ AHEAD.

I joined this Company end of November, it was Free and my friend was doing it already, now typically we both do a thorough search of the company/ background/history/ comp plan you name it. This time all we really knew was it was a ground floor company that launched September 6th of 2021, you make 45% Commissions on direct sales, with a 45% discount on this incredibly GORGEOUS jewelry! Sounds too good to be true.. and it is.

The picture on the bottom Is how much money my team spent the 1st 2 weeks, can you guess how many women have received jewelry from November to Today? FEBRUARY 12th. 3.. that's 3 women including myself. However I'm still waiting on packages from December. Packages I put big money into, and was told (after placing the orders) that if you're not shopping directly from Ready to Ship items ( a category I actually didn't even see my first few orders) that you'll end up waiting 3-4 weeks due to these being pre orders. I wasn't happy about that but I didn't mind, I figured I'd have jewelry by early January to start selling for valentines day! ? .

As the weeks kept going by, not only did I have questions but my whole team, where we were constantly told to use the Chat service on the website. The only problem is that they do not answer these chats.
We began getting impatient and asking where the company was located, why are things taking so long etc. To be given every excuse in the book along with some shocking surprises.

This (company) is ran out of The CEO Jennifer's House.
Only 3 women Work on these orders, Jennifer the CEO and her two .. friends?
While more women became impatient bombarding the chats with questions, 2 days later not 1 or 2 of them, but all 3 women (who do the sorting / packaging and shipping ) came down with covid, God forgive me if I'm wrong in any way, I believe it was a lie to buy time, as do many other women. After waiting a few weeks with sympathy and patience .. they announced that in 3 days we'd have a shipping update to please be patient. A week goes by with no update , we all start asking questions and they ask for another week.
Weeks go by and they update us that they're on order #2800 (my downline and I all had orders past 3400)

Now every new company has its issues, but the attitudes from the CEO and the two ladies helping her (mainly the ladies helping her) is what scared me away! In the leadership group chat where women would ask for help , updates , or help at all, we were threatened by Laura to have our accounts deleted for being negative!

Told we should have Jennifer's back after all she has done for us !? And always sarcastic remarks like "What do you want Jennifer to do get a helicopter, fly out to the crates and pluck out your jewelry?"

I'm a respectful lady as most of the affiliates are! To be treated to poorly when my girls and I spend our hard earned money on a company blew my mind!

I do not recommend this company at all! You can also find the same jewelry on SHEIN and get it within a week.

I have been a Affiliate of this company since their launch September 22, 2021...

Very poor communication began in November

I canceled 4 orders with them, know of other Affiliates still waiting for orders from September

When I canceled the 1st 3 they blocked me from their main Affiliate page on Facebook and have not answered any of my questions via their chat...

Can not find any info on the company's location, when you Google it. Except, Affiliates who are selling it..

This company I so poorly run and has no ethics. They take your money and you don't hear from them again.

I placed two orders:

1. Oct.25th, 2021 #2425 (not received as of Jan 24 th, 2022)

2. Oct. 14th, 2021 #2245 which I PARTIALLY received on Jan. 13 th., 2022.

There was no explanation about where my other items were, or if they were coming. As far as I know, I paid the entire cost in October and don't see any refunds. Oh, and did I mention the jewelry I got is complete gabage! My earring broke as it fell out of the wrapper!

However, I gave them a chance and emailed them to let them know I didn't get all my stuff but they never responded.

I have sent at least 6 emails starting in November 2021 but they never respond.

Crappy jewelry with no customer support. Stay far, far away from them!
No customer service!!
