This is a scam! Shame on Dr. Oz and Christie Brinkley for promoting this dishonest company. I regret ordering Belle Oasis after seeing the ad online. It forced me (rather, I fell for it) to order a second product if I wanted to get Belle Oasis. There was no way to opt out of the second cream. I got a free two week trial if I paid $9 for shipping. It is a monthly subscription. Two weeks later, I was charged $89 twice ( once for each cream). I decided I didn’t want either cream. I returned both of them within the fifteen day free trial period, but foolishly didn’t provide my return address. A month later, I was charged $89 twice. I returned them with a tracking number and a letter asking for a refund and to stop the monthly charges. I called them several times but it was always busy. No email address, either.

Not only did they not refund, but they charged me again the next month. My bank said to wait 15 business days before starting a charge back. Belle Oasis is a waste of time and money.

I saw an ad on Facebook saying that Sephora inside Penney's was closing and that they would be "giving away" their products, two at a time, to anyone who wanted to pay just for shipping. I thought that was a good idea. I got the products from Belle Oasis, used them, and went about my business. My credit card bill came in with two charges, one for $86 and one for $89. When I called I was told that I had agreed to a subscription and so they charged me for the original skincare. They said I agreed to try them for 14 days and after that time, if I did not cancel the subscription, I would be charges. I talked to two customer service reps from a 3rd party customer service business. There is no way to get in touch with Belle Oasis. I basically hit a brick wall. I was able to get a person to offer me a 35% refund. I got screwed. I won't do this again, ever.

this is a scam. i got an email purposing to be a free gift from Shoppers Drugmart, where i have a card an shop regularly. i responded to that and agreed to pay the shipping fee, i was quoted a fee in CAD of 9$ and change, i was billed $ 7,95 us or 10.73 CAD this charge came off my visa on sep3,!

i received the cream in the mail . i smelled a rat when i saw the billing in US$ as Shoppers DM is a CAD company.
I just noticed a charge of 82.97 US$ or 112.69 CAD on my visa bill.
on the 17. of Sep. so my suspicion of a scam was confirmed. i had not OK'd or ordered any more items from this compnany?
and i have not received a shipment of whatever i was charged for .
i was able to get in contact with the company? by phone, 1-877-754-0801, spoke to an agent who hung up on me! she asked me how i was and i replied ; i'll be fine when i get my money back, so she hung up on me!
i then called the number on the product and was told the charge was for a "subscription?" to the face cream. i said i wanted to cancel immediately, she gave me an offer of 20% discount, then 50% discount. i declined as i have enough creams!
told her i just wanted to cancel. which she conformed that she did and i got a cancellation code. i said i had not received any further mailing from them as i expected from the 112$ charge? but was told , no , that charge was for the one already received! (the so-called, free gift, from Shoppers DM? ) #

I was viewing a website and saw an ad for skin care products. The link took me to a website for Belle Oasis. They offered a free trial for their products as long as I paid the shipping fee. I filled out the basic information along with giving my debit card. I did receive the trial products. A few days after that I received a call from my bank saying that they noticed suspicious activity on my account. There was a transaction pending that I didn't authorize. She gave me the number to contact the company. I called them and they assured me my order would be cancelled and refunded. A few days later I checked my account and not only was the money not refunded, but another transaction I didn't authorize appeared. I called both companies this time and although they were separate numbers, I believe they were the same business by the music they played while I was on hold. The names of the companies are Pure Ageless and Advanced Luxury. They again assured me that I would receive a refund in 3 days. I am not sure I will get that refund back.
