When I got my first credit card statement and I saw the charges, on my statement I was furious. Not only did I not get the merchandise, I never agreed to become a member. Most trials are free, you pay for shipping which I did.
This was in November. In December I disputed the charges on my credit card statement. With a representative of Capital One on the phone the Company agreed to refund and cancel the account. As of today, February 16th I am still being charged. If you look on line under "BELLESSE-FREE-TRIAL and read the fine print you will see it is not free at all!
