Type One Diabetes Awareness sweatshirt. Company claimed to offer refund if insanities and then refused to allow for a refund. Offered $2 when I paid 40+

I am a cancer patient and I ordered a cancer awareness sweatshirt. When it arrived, it was poor quality AND the screen print on it was wrong, not as advertised. They have refused to refund my money, but told me I could send it back. To China. I don't trust them to refund me and China postage isn't cheap. But, I thought someone should know what a despicable company they are.
