Purchased a women's wallet online via this "Wallet Shop", never received an email to confirm purchase, never received a tracking number for the gift which never arrived. The vendor for this item on the platform goes by the name Samantha Maddox, and lists her email as [email protected]. The platform does not show up on any social media site, which is a redflag I should have picked up before placing an order, and the web name "Outlet Wallet Shop" does not show up under any reviews, second redflag. The platform does not list any customer service number or email; the only way to communicate with this outfit is via an online "contact us" form. The listed terms on the website (https://www.beltbagsdeals.com/) indicate a confirmation email would follow each order upon receipt of payment, that never happened. I sent the individual vendor multiple requests to acknowledge the sale and share an ETA, never got a response. It is a scam operating from an Atlanta address, on Westmont rd.
