He said me I received $9200 from US government as per random selection. He knew my name, zip and later he got my debit card number to send me the money. And he said I have to pay $200 which is refundable along with the total money. Later after getting that $200 he gave me one of his agent's number and he greeted me happily and asked to contact him. When I called him, he says you have to add $600 to send that money to my state. I said him to deduct that amount from the prize money. He sticked to his words.
