Was looking for Jordan sneakers. Found a website that offered them at a good price. I recall that the site had the "deals" timed. So time was winding down as a way to rush a person to make the purchase to not miss out on the lower prices. I purchased 2 pairs. I was supposed to get an email stating when the items were shipped, but I have not received the email to date. The purchase was made on August 1, 2019 and today is August 21, 2019. It appears that the items may have been in China. Of course purchases that come from there normally take longer than usual to arrive but I can no longer find the website. I'm uncertain whether a contact number was listed but there was an email address. Tried to send an email to inquire about the purchase today, but the email could not be sent.

My son wanted a pair of Jordan shoes and he saw this one site called benctes.com that has on online presence that sells shoes and other apparels. The men's Jordan retro legend blue basketball shoes that we ordered costs $80.99. My failure was not checking the legitimacy of the website prior to ordering the items. I used my credit card and as expected I received a confirmation email but I noticed that the attached invoice did not have any tracking information or any information of any kind regarding the merchant other than a simple email address of [email protected]. I became very suspicious. There is button to "view your order" but when clicked, it gives the message "This connection is not private. This website may be impersonating "benctes.com" to steal your personal information. You should close this page." I have not received any responses to my emails.
