All 3 rugs arrived extremely dirty, sticky, and smelled strongly of urine. I thought that the smell would dissipate, but I ended up having to take all 3 rugs to the cleaners as I couldn't keep them in my home. This cost me $650. I asked if they could partially reimburse me the cleaning fee since the rugs were supposed to be clean on arrival (which is what the rep told me). In the end, I wasn't offered any partial reimbursement. If I were to use their "services" or sent them back, I would've potentially lost money since they likely would not have returned them based on dozens of reviews that I've read, and they would make you pay the return shipping to Morocco. They have no credibility in doing such things yet claim that they will follow through. They send dirty products and falsely advertise their products online. Often the colors do not match, and the rugs even smell strongly of urine which they will convince you that it is "normal". Truly a scam.
