Scammer asked for down payment for a puppy. I paid the down payment as promised via Pay Pal. Once the payment was made, an email was received stating that the puppy was at the airport and requested $1,000 for vaccinations/special crate. The initial agreement was that the puppy would be sent via ground transport or would be picked up by the buyer. After several emails/text messages, communication stopped. No puppy was ever delivered and no refund has been received after several requests were made.
