I was contacted regarding an application I submitted for a work from home position by email, following that I received some texts regarding the position and for the interview via Zoom. I started a conversation with Benjamin Li were he explained the job pay etc. He advised I would received a check so I could purchase company equipment through their vendor. Check was received today and he kept pushing for me to deposit the money through my phone app so I told him I was going to the bank and he told me to use the ATM. At the bank I was informed the check was fake.

He reached back waiting for a response but I proceed to block all forms of contact with them.
