I inquired about a fox, they emailed and texted and even called. Once they provided a price, that is when I became suspicious as it is a lot lower than other breeders are charging. I emailed googled the number and email and found this chain. Number used 719-490-8781

They seem legit until you pay for your pet. Then they have a delivery agency ask for insurance money and then medical attention for your fake pet Then they want more money because of weather issues. They ask for payment on Zelle Apple Pay and cash app so there is no real ability to get refunded once you pay them. This is a complete scam. Don’t fall for it!

I inquired about a Fennec Fox. Person was very friendly, patient and helpful. I had trouble putting my payment through. Seller was never pushy. I also inquired for a picture  to show proof the seller did actually have the Fox and asked if they could please write my name and put it in the picture so I knew it was real. They said sure and even said they’d send a video, which they did. I then made payments and was told it would be a one day delivery so the animal wasn’t stressed. We electronically signed a contract. They sent me the tracking number and were great responding about everything. I got confirmation my pet would arrive Saturday and I followed on the tracking site: https://netfreightnetexpresslogistics.com/track-form/

Saturday my pet supposedly arrived at the Pet Care Unit in Magnolia, WV and needed a new crate and pet insurance would refund most upon delivery (which was mentioned in the transport information so I was aware. I paid.) then transportation was held up due to weather. I looked up weather in Magnolia and there was a winter storm advisory so it made sense. Then the tracking was updated the next morning saying the new delivery date was Sunday at 6 pm. 6 pm came, no call or updates and the gentleman in charge of the transport that I talked to on the phone didn’t answer any calls or respond to texts suddenly. My pet never arrived. The next day they responded to my text saying weather was still bad and that they had to drive my pet and that would be an extra $700. I inquired for proof that my pet was there, a picture, for the Pet Unit to call me or any information. They refused and said it was confidential and stopped responding to me. I called and emailed the company - no response and the number suddenly wasn’t working anymore. I contacted the seller who said he was on the phone with the company and not to panic. He got back to me the next day early in the morning saying that “we” had to now pay $1,200 (even more) and how we needed to get my pet “Bella” out of there. I refused to pay anymore until I received my pet and that if she did show I would pay. Have heard nothing back and filed a dispute.
