The victim said she had been looking for a garage door repair for a few days, when this guy called out of the blue. He came by the house to offer a quote and discuss his products, seemingly legit with the products he was displaying. He then came back another time where he took measurements and was very thorough in how he was going to fix the garage. He then asked for a deposit in which the victim made. It's been 3 weeks and now the repairman has blocked her phone number. When I called the number it said it was disconnected
