October 23,2020, I came across a social media post advertising boots. I purchased the footwear directly from Benton 1988. The item was preordered expected ship date was 11/15/20. I then received an email 11/13/20 stating it wouldn’t be available until 11/25/20 for delivery. It’s now 12/10/20 and I have not received any notification on delivery or shipment. All of my emails to support has been ignored, all of my direct messages on the social media platform has been deleted or ignored.
