Redditors have evaluated this new scam, explaining that the URL was registered within the last year, which could reasonably indicate they’re using it for scamming purposes. They also are using part of a familiar, trustworthy name to trick you into trusting them. Do your homework and work with a legitimate real estate agent. You deserve it.

I receive daily emails from this company saying they have a buyer for my home. I tried to contact Berkshire Hathaway but received no response. The email gives you an option to opt out but it only directs you to "The Offer have been used on this ip. Try a different one."
