Charges to my card and no merchandise received -_-

I ordered a leather jacket 6/7/2020 and as of today still have not received the jacket! No respond No refund straight crickets WTF scammed -_-

If anyone has had any better contact or refund or received their merchandise please share with this frustrated customer!

A scam. Couldn't deliver their products on time due to big rookie mistakes and careless false claims of premium leather when it's polyurethane. However, with permission from the Berletti leather team (I confronted them with these issues), I am sharing this statement for those of you scammed to contact them for a refund. Their email is [email protected]. The owner is deeply regretful for their mistakes and want to make things right for all you guys.

I apologize for those of you that were scammed.

A friend sent me an add for Berletti. I placed an order for a leather jacket in June 2020. I still have not received the jacket. I have a 4 digit tracking number that I cannot track because their website is shut down. They won't return my calls and I continue to get bounced around via an all purpose email (directs me to another email address that is stated to be "in the process of shutting down").

They are a scam.

On June 4, 2020 I placed an order for a leather jacket on their website based on an advertisement I saw on Facebook. My credit card was charged the cost of the item and I received an order confirmation email, but nothing else. I never received shipping confirmation or my order. I contacted the company numerous times to inquire on the status and just continued to receive an automated email response. I then contacted them about getting a refund several times and also received an automated email response that they would only offer refunds under certain circumstances and how to request one. They continued to tell me (via automated email responses) that delays due to COVID weren't eligible for a refund. I was never able to speak with someone and to this date have no answers other than automated emails, no item and no refund.

I placed order back in June of 2020 & every time I send an email trying to obtain a status on my order I get 1 of 2 different emails back. One states Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting.
In order to process your issue faster, please reply to the serial number of the following questions:

006 — Cancel order

I fell prey to advertising on Facebook that Berletti leather was going out of business. I carefully shopped for a leather jacket looking extensively to ensure it was genuine leather and a USA company. The product, a Ladies XL leather jacket, was ordered 5/26/20, and never received. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card 9/23/20, and my money was refunded the bank. 2 weeks later, I received a PLASTIC jacket from Berletti leather in Men's XXL, with no way to return it. I contacted the company by email twice, but no reply. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I ordered a leather jacket in June of 2020. I still have not received the jacket. I sent emails to customer service in those emails directed me to forward my emails to another manager and I still haven’t heard anything. now it’s fall and I still don’t have my jacket. I just received a marketing email on September 14 claiming that they are opening a store in Los Angeles. however it looks fake. is there a way to do a class action lawsuit against this company?

Total scam. Ordered in June, nothing received, attempted to contact numerous times with no response. Do not order from this company!

Mid of June ordered leather jacket. Never received and never get call or email back except auto reply about the item coming soon. I lost my money. No tracking number was received at all. Saw the ad on Instagram about Berletti leather first time and how I got into them .

I placed two orders with this website on 6/2/2020. Never received an tracking number and on one order a order number. I sent over 5 emails to only get automatic responses

I placed an order of 245 USD on June 5th. I never received the items.
Total scam!
I am very careful always ordering online and I research well before buying anything but this time I got duped for the first time.
They are very well organized scammers and sadly slot of people will loose money!

Saw ad on Facebook. Claimed they were going out of business and was having a big sale. Purchased 2 jackets and paid $179.99. This was on June 5, it is now July 20th. And the items haven’t even shipped. Emailed several times to request a refund and keep getting standard email but no real response. Called several times and haven’t talked to anyone.

Ordered two jackets and two purses from this company on June 6th, am yet to receive a tracking number or receive any email confirmation of shipping. Emailed requesting a refund on July 13th. Will be contacting my bank. Do not order from this company!

I ordered jacket 4th June, have been corresponding via email a few times requesting tracking number etc. I have asked for a refund twice (today is the 14th July) still no tracking number. I have just lodge a scam dispute with my bank. Don't use this company.

They claim to be going out of business and sell leather. The website makes it seem like they have a good customer base but it is fake. You never get your merchandise. Please share this as this scammer is all over Facebook.

I found this company on facebook and I ordered 3 leather jackets and a hat on June 12th of this year. Come to find out later that this scammer created a number of pages with the same story and merchandise. I never got my order and when I called the company nobody answers and I am was placed on hold for a very long time.

IT IS A SCAM

Takes more than 4 weeks to obtain a tracking number and more than two weeks for the tracking number to be work on the China Post website - YES, their products are shipped from CHINA contrary to what they claim on the website.

No customer service at all, all leather products are PU leather, manufactured by China factories, and sold to the customers around the globe at insanely inflated prices.

Their FACEBOOK PAGE is full of awful reviews (see: https://www.facebook.com/berlettileather), contrary to the ones they posted on their own website.

I saw an add on Facebook that was selling leather jackets for a store close our sell. I saw the deal was really great, 70% off leather jackets I had to get it. I placed 3 jackets in my basket. After the purchase went through I got the confirmation email & nothing else. No eta of delivery, but a weird link download an app.

I researched the company and saw a link on reddit of others who were in the same situation as me. They claimed the company didn’t reply to them & I know with this being a clearance sale I won’t get my money back from the vendor.
