Berlimap.com is a company which runs a website that sells toys and household goods. I purchased a Lego Duplo Big Fun Fair play set for my son's birthday; I registered an account on the site, and then made the purchase, via their PayPal link in their checkout process. It took me through to PayPal, I paid the fee, and instead of returning me to the site to complete the order, I was given a payment success screen with an Asian character name, and an email that seemed unrelated to the site. In other words, the payment went through, but no order was created for me. I went back to their website, and there was no record of my purchase nor a record of the account I had created with them. I contacted them through their customer service link, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. None of their other contact info is valid (the phone number does not work, and the social media links that they have posted don’t work). I did some research after opening a claim with PayPal, and it seems this company regularly steals money from people and does not even acknowledge an order. Incidentally, I never received an order confirmation or any other responses to my inquiry with them.I would like a refund of my money; I would also like anyone else to receive a refund who has been swindled by this company. I would like the company investigated, and shut down.

All the above is true. A scam. Took my money and no product. Tries to get more personal info when you call. Hang up! Scam! Do not order

Shopping online for a google wi-fi mesh network. I see Berlimap advertising a lower price by $30 for the product. I ordered online with my AMEX and waited to recieve the product I did not after 14 days and called the support line,800-322-6175. A robo person asks my age, if I am over 55 years of age. I hung up. Called again a person picks up and asks to verify all these things that they should know with my order number. I told him this looks like a scam and I want to speak to someone who can help. He gives me this number 1-800-373-3411. I call it and it is a scam again. I hang up. I write you guys. Please get them.

I was brought to this site Berlimap.com by google because I was looking for a good deal on a Harmon Kardon speaker. Luckily, I made a purchase through PayPal because it produced a receipt for that order. The website gave no order confirmation but took my money. There is no legitimate phone number, 800-322-6175, for the business and the support email address, [email protected], seems to be bogus also because I have not received a response. I filed a dispute of this purchase with PayPal.
