I ordered a Prom dress and a HoCo dress was told shipping within 3-5 days and bless dress had to be tailored then it would take 10-12 business days. I ordered my dress 2/17/24 and still haven’t been notified of shipping. It still reads as “processing” on their website. What tried to use their chat option and no one answered me, I waited a half an hour, nothing. I emailed to ask for an update on March 9, still no response.
