I was approached by this company as they were driving through the neighborhood leaving flyers and giving free estimates on tree removal. They told me they would be working in the area in the next few weeks removing multiple diseased ash trees. The quote they gave me was less than half of all the other quotes I received from other businesses so I jumped on it right away. They said they were licensed and insured and arborists since 1985 so I figured they were reliable if they have been in the business that long. After waiting about a week to hear back from them they finally scheduled a day to come. They said they would be there at 9am. They didn't show until after 11am. They took the entire day to cut down one tree. They left to haul away everything and said they would be back to start on the next tree. The never came back. The lady from the business texted me that they would be back the next day since it was already after 5pm. They didn't come back the next day. The lady texted me again which I thought was unprofessional and asked me to email her my credit card info so they could charge me for the 1st tree. I told her I wouldn't do that because it wasn't secure to share that information through email. I called her to give her my information and she sent me a copy of the receipt so I wasn't that worried. But then the days kept going by and they never came back. The lady said their truck broke down, and then after 2 weeks they just stopped responding to any phone calls, voicemails, or texts that were sent by my husband or I. They never returned to finish the job and they were also supposed to grind the stumps. I looked them up and I found some other similar stories online, a C-rating on the BBB, no website, and I have not seen them around the neighborhood as they said they would be here for a few weeks. Luckily my husband and I only paid for the first tree. My guess is that they do as little of the job as they can to make some quick cash and never return. What worries me the most is the fact that they have our credit card information
