I just want to express how unhappy we are with this place as I did before. As I said we were not informed this was a “duplex” or that it had a “shared” pool. The description is VERY misleading and is not acceptable. I will be filing a complaint with booking.com. I also want to know when the next people are coming next door now that the last renters have left. It is unfair and Unacceptable for us not to know what neighbors are coming and what expectations they have of this place and how they are mislead with the property and is included. The last renters had a son that has a medical condition and we came in with two dogs. Neither of us were informed of either and that can be disastrous for the renters. You don’t realize what repercussions come with that. Also the guy came today about cable was still not able to fix it and we are not halting our vacation to wait for this to be fixed. This place has been nothing but disappointing pertaining to all the garbage we came into that was outside to the smell of the garbage cans. I will say that the house was very clean when we got here but I suspect the last renters had cleaned it before they left as if they didn’t then you would have overcharged for that as well. You absolutely cannot charge the prices that you do for a “duplex” I will be doing a review on this place and I expect that it will display on booking.com website.

I paid $**** for ten days for a duplex not a whole house as what was described. Also the renters next door were mislead and frustrated and she will also have a complaint coming about this company. The cleaning lady and handy man that have come to the duplex also state the company they work for are scammers.
