I made a purchase of a pool filter on this website. I immediately tried to cancel as the e-mail that came through using PayPal looked sketchy, but only saw it once payment was in process. Have tried to be in contact through online form, phone and e-mail but have not been able to contact anyone. I didn't receive any information regarding the purchase, not even an invoice or email confirming the purchase. I tried to call PayPal to stop the payment and was told I couldn't stop a payment in process. Today I received the "item" with the associated tracking number and it is a cheap Christmas ornament and not what I purchased. I am trying to settle dispute via PayPal. Have seen I am the third person to complain here about this company and that another also received same Christmas ornament in place of a almost 100 dollar purchase.

Ordered a product, did not receive - proof of delivery went to a different address but no proof exists of what was sent. Email and phone numbers inactive. Disputing case with PayPal. Certain this is a fraudulent company.
