I received a letter from BerryDunn saying all my information SSN , Medicare Number, Address, Date Of Birth, medical policy number, Medicaid Number, Medical Records etc was stolen by hackers through UPMC For You and UPMC Health Plan . I know for a fact that the hackers are Corey R Nicholson Dob 04-28-84 and Marti Jean Cole Dob 08-09-85 , Theresa Cole and Martin Cole that stole that information , They are former criminal neighbors at 1704 W.Penn Ave ,Connellsville Pa 15425 and at 218 W.Pennsville St ,Connellsville Pa 15425 accosiated with other cyber criminals called Christopher Shae , Francois Bianco, Estela Martin (Stella) and orlando and fernando etc , They use multiple email addresses and phone numbers and devices to hack all my devices and sold my info on facebook, instagram, Tik Tok and other sites , They are being currently investigated by florida state attorney office for fraud ,
