I ordered product on this website and it sent me the tracking information for the shipment. After 3 weeks of still not receiving my product, I emailed the company help email and received a response back that I shouldn't worry and my package was on it's way. The also stated they would contact their shipper to update their tracking. I waited for another week and still nothing and all the tracking kept saying was the package arrived in California and USPS is awaiting the package. Well it sat like that for another week with zero progress. I tried to email the help email again asking them for a refund because it obviously looked like my package was lost being it had been over a month an no package or updates. I receive zero response back and I emailed them 3 more times with still no response. I'm now positive this website is a huge scam. My package never arrived because it was never shipped! Please put the word out there that Beseify.com and shopify.com are total scams!
